Reflect Damage buffs

I would like to heard Administation opinion about reflect dammage buffs in "Shiela" buffer.I can give a number of examples of these buff affected by short-distance combatants. For example, you come to fight against Bishop, they don't make any damage from any skill's for you but you die. Why? Becouse they are with Sword Singer "Song of Vengeance" 20% reflect damage and WarCryer "Chant of Revenge" 20% reflect dmg so it is 40% reflect damage. So you start hiting that Bishop, and he constant heal's him self, and you die from that reflect damage. It's normal to play like that?

Other example, Yesterday i was in Primeval Island, to hunt some T-rex for SA crystals, and there i met 2 ppl, 1 of them was full S grade, other was undressed.I thought i will kill them. I started attack that undressed character, and what i got. He died, im died too, but droped Draconic helm Saint Spear, some other items. So Administration, what do you think about this buff's?

without reflect destros on frenzy and tanks would rule
